Description
I’m having to find my 8 month old Siberian Husky puppy a new home.
He’s an incredibly good dog, but he’s not a good fit to be a service dog, and if I keep him, and get a new puppy, all my time would be on the new puppy, and I feel like he deserves to go home to somebody who can give him the love and attention he deserves.
He’s UTD on all his shots, and is microchipped and neutered.
He loves playing with other dogs, and he adores kids. He’d be an ideal family dog.
It really breaks my heart to do this, because he’s such a good dog and I love him so much, but he deserves the best life he can get, and I don’t believe he’d be happy doing service work.
He has very good basic obedience and knows some psychiatric tasks (hug, give a kiss, scratching alert, anxiety alert) as well as a natural migraine alert that was being shaped, but he would make an incredibly good at home Service dog, Or ESA, but is not good for public work.
